See All ReviewsReview for Pho 7 – Disappointing Experience I came in with my friend and three young girls. We had already chosen a table, but an older gentleman told us we couldn’t sit there and directed us to another one. When we got to the table he assigned, it was dirty. I mentioned it to him, and he cleaned it with a bad attitude. Two of the girls are only 6 and 8 years old, so we ordered one soup for them to share. When the food arrived, we asked for an extra bowl, waters for the kids, two sodas for us, and an extra water for me. Since the little ones don’t use chopsticks, I asked for forks. The older gentleman then stood in the middle of the dining room complaining out loud about us — saying we complained about the dirty table, asked for more water, an extra bowl, and now a fork. We have been here several times before and always had a nice experience, but this visit ruined it completely. I did not feel comfortable, and I felt bad that my friend had to go through such an unpleasant moment here.
It was my first time here and i was really excited because i was craving some Pho and wanted to try a new place. Right off the bat, the women up front had an attitude and was not welcoming. After ordering, i got my pho incredibly fast, i mean like 5 minutes after I ordered and i immediately thought that was weird and turns out, it was not even hot. It was cooled down. It seems like they pre made it. I ignored it, and just ate and wasn’t too bad. As i was Mid way done with my Pho, i went up to the women and told her if i could get the total so i can pay for it now while also placing one to go for my boyfriend because I wanted to leave right when i was done eating without having to waste more time to get cash out of their atm since it is a “cash only” Pho place. She said okay, and said my total was 29. I go to the atm and needed some help and she called over a man which was incredibly rude. He impatiently asked me “are you Spanish? Are you Spanish?” And i said “I speak english?” And yes i am Hispanic but i speak and read English. And he asked this because the atm had a spanish language setting. But the way he went about it was so rude. He finally helped me and then started laughing about the situation and pointing at me with the women up front. I turn around, and they took my pho bowl away which was no where near done yet, and i told the lady I simply just wanted to pay for it so when im done I can just be on my way. I was so upset and i wait at the table and the women and the man up front are still laughing at me and then i go up front to just hand her the cash and leave and turns out, my to go order was ready a while ago and instead of letting me know, they chose to continue laughing at me about my confusion of their ATM. Never coming here again.
There was a hair in my bowl .. broth tastes like shoe.. they don’t even have sate or any chilli oil .. worst experience ever never been in worst pho place … it doesn’t taste like nothing .. poor service+only cash …. Big mistake ;
